Heian Godan Kata / Practical Applications Seminar

Karate kata bunkai is the analysis and practical application of techniques within a kata, revealing their real-world self-defense uses and connecting the traditional forms to martial principles.
Interestingly, many martial arts practitioners commonly perceive the fundamental techniques within Katas as simple blocks or direct strikes.
Karate katas encompass a comprehensive spectrum of Karate techniques, ranging from fundamental moves to potentially lethal maneuvers.
