Eligibility: Participants must meet all eligibility requirements specified for the event, including age, belt level, and any other criteria outlined by the organizers.

Registration Process: All participants must complete the registration form and submit the required fee by the specified deadline. Late registrations may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

Payment: Registration fees must be paid in full at the time of registration. Payment methods and deadlines will be provided in the registration information.

Cancellation and Refunds: Participants may cancel their registration 15 days before the event to receive a full or partial refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after this date.

Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes respect, sportsmanship, and safety. Any behavior deemed inappropriate by the organizers may result in disqualification and removal from the event without a refund.

Health and Safety: Participants must ensure they are in good health and fit to participate in the event. Any existing medical conditions should be disclosed to the organizers. Participants may be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks involved in martial arts activities.

Insurance: It is recommended that participants have personal accident insurance. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the event.

Media Release: By registering for the event, participants consent to the use of their images and videos for promotional purposes by the event organizers.
